未婚同居不利健康

内容： 澳大利亚科学家研究表明，年轻人跟自己的浪漫情侣同居后，体重增加，慢慢习惯于久坐，因而导致胆固醇水平升高，心脏方面的压力增大。结果，从整体上，未婚同居的年轻一族患心血管病的危险大大提高，这与他们在膳食和身体锻炼方面发生的改变有关。
未婚同居的年轻男子，摄取的食物能量减少，脂肪摄取量减少，而且更容易戒掉抽烟的毛病，但他们进行体育锻炼的时间比以前少了，胆固醇水平更高了；未婚同居的年轻女性，倾向于更多地参加身体锻炼，但与男友同居后饭量明显见长。
另外，生了孩子的母亲与没有孩子的同龄女性相比，她们的身体明显不如后者健美。到了25岁，25%的男子和3%的女子患上了高血压，15%的男女胆固醇含量都明显增高。
