混乱的红绿灯，让我丈二和尚摸不着头脑！

内容：[size=5]今天早上走到湖北路与红旗北路十字路口时，[/size]
[size=5]无意中发现行人通过灯与左向方向灯同时绿色，[/size]
[size=5]这时候是车让人，还是人让车！?[/size]
[size=5]这也太可怕了吧，咱是走呢，还是等呢？[/size]
[size=5]走的话，万一出了事怎么办？[/size]
[size=5]不走的话，咱时间耗不起啊！都赶着上班呢。[/size]
[size=5]红绿灯明明有三色，竟然变成了只有一种颜色，[/size]
[size=5]况且是在两个相对的方向上啊！
而且我看到行人过马路战战兢兢，等车子让完了，行人通过灯就要变红色了。
我不懂这信号灯为什么，同时让车和行人一起过，难道不容易发生事故吗？
我希望马鞍山公安交通管理部门对全市的交通信号灯检查一下才好，这也太危险了。
而且希望公安交通管理部门，仔细核查一下，看看到底是什么情况？[/size]
[size=5]我估计一些交通事故在信号灯合理安排下是可以避免的。
比如：通过合理的时间安排，让行人有更多的通过时间。[/size]
